IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL:

In order for us to continue to serve this community in this capacity, please be courteous and provide notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or reschedule appointments. This helps to ensure that we can run an efficient and effective practice and meet the needs of those who are waiting to get an appointment.

We understand that life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled. At this time we don’t charge for cancellations but we will ask y’all to please help us keep it that way by notifying us 24 hours ahead of your appointment if you know you won’t be able to make it. ​We don’t charge for the first “no show” on regular adjustments, but will charge the FULL appointment amount any “no show” after that. It not only costs us money but also takes available appointments from someone who may be trying to come in. “No Shows” on First Time Visit’s will be charged $50. We appreciate your understanding.

The easiest way to cancel/reschedule is through our online scheduling system that you have access to here. If you can’t login for any reason please call or text our office number at 940.394.8833 to cancel or reschedule. A social media message or email does not qualify as a cancellation as we don’t regularly check those messages.

LATE POLICY:

We must adhere to the time allotted for your appointment to respect our time and the time of all practice members.  We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows for a stress-free arrival with a few moments to relax. When you schedule an appointment, time is reserved for you and no one else. If you are even just 5 minutes late to your appointment, there will be less time for us to review your health goals, gain an understanding of your response to nervous system centered chiropractic care, answer questions, perform a neurospinal analysis and deliver gentle, yet specific adjustments.  We understand that life happens and we do our best to extend grace to all the families we serve, but with appointments scheduled every 10 minutes, you've already missed half your scheduled appointment time. Depending on the schedule for the day and in order to accommodate every practice member, we will shorten your appointment time if you arrive late.

We love this community and will do our best to accommodate every situation. With that said, if you are 10 or more minutes late we may have to push you back to our next available time slot if there are members scheduled after you.

FINANCIAL POLICY:

Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon at the beginning of your care. It is not required but for your convenience you can keep a credit or debit card on file online. In person we accept cash, check, credit and debit cards (including HSA cards). We do not provide diagnostic codes or superbills for the purpose of insurance reimbursement. However, we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records. If you desire to receive care, we will make every attempt to provide an affordable payment arrangement.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY:

In order to best support you, it is ideal to see your chiropractor on a regular basis and we value consistency. When it comes to nervous system centered chiropractic care, we understand that our bodies heal in layers and to meet your wellness goals, it is beneficial to have a regular long term relationship. We are here to support you through it all. To make this financially feasible for a larger percentage of the community, we offer membership packages. This is an opportunity for you to pre-pay for a specific number of visits at a discounted rate. We will communicate these financial options with you at your first visit, and you can review them on the membership tab of this website here.

Our package prices are priced with consistent/regular care in mind. Therefore, starting March 1st 2022, all pre-paid package plans including the Individual Wellness Package and Family Wellness Package will have an expiration of 90 days from the date of purchase. We appreciate y’alls support!
